The information on this website is provided with care but is general in nature. The price, deadline and terms of each translation are set out in its quote.

Quotes and contract

Each quote states the price and delivery date. The contract is concluded when you confirm the quote in writing (email is enough).

Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance (for example by email), you may withdraw within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). If you expressly ask for the translation to start before this period ends, on withdrawal you pay only for the work already done; once the complete translation has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To withdraw, a clear message to sona.steklac@gmail.com is enough.

Complaints

For any complaint, write to sona.steklac@gmail.com and we will look for a quick, friendly solution. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025.

Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the law of a consumer's country of residence grants them.
